  10. Matt, Thank you for the info! I have been watching you for months.. If I may… I have a couple suggestions, respectfully… *First, you do a nice job… But a clean, simple backdrop would look so much more professional. Slow down a drop. Thank you again!

  11. Regarding formal night, the main dinning staff no longer enforces the published dress code on formal night, or any other night. I have personally seen guys entering the main dinning room on formal night wearing shorts and tee shirts. The crew did not even slow them down as they walked into the main dinning room. Those crew members to whom I pointed out the "problem" did not have much of an excuse. They shrugged their shoulders and acknowledged the situation. So, unless something is tightened up, formal night seems to be going the way of windjammer cafeteria trays and chocolate on the pillow.

I don’t know if anyone will find this helpful but my mom and sister wanted the drink package but I do not drink alcohol at all (it makes me instantly sick) so when we purchased our drink packages we called the customer service number and they downgraded mine to the refreshment package and my mom and sister were able to get their ultimate packages. Not sure if this par for the course but they were super nice and accommodating for me
