Navigator Of The Seas Review | Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship Review

This is a review of Navigator of the Seas. The Royal Caribbean Cruise Ship is one of the largest passenger ships in the world and both a veteran in the Royal fleet and at the forefront of their technological advances, offering all-round once-in-a-lifetime cruising opportunities.

The Navigator of the seas is one of Royal Caribbean’s most experienced ships, being in the fleet since 2002, and is being treated to a bit of a makeover in 2019 and we can’t wait to make the most of everything she’s bringing to the cruising industry.

Navigator of the Seas boasts incredible features like the FlowRider surf simulator, outdoor cinema screen, ground-breaking virtual balconies and a host of amazing restaurants, bars and shows.

So, what exactly is being added, well the swimming pool is being doubled in size offering plenty of spots to lounge and play whilst enjoying the sun as well as a splash pad to take the youngest of cruisers, complete with a burger bar and taco venue to enjoy a bite to eat. Whilst we’re talking about getting wet, the perfect storm has been brewing and landed at the top of the ship with a forecast for maximum adventure, bringing 2 slides with ‘The Blaster’ and ‘Riptide’ its guaranteed to give you the thrills you need.

For the whole family, Royal Caribbean have brought the popular glow-in-the-dark laser tag and a Royal escape room, which is great fun, if you’ve never done one before it’s a must try! For the young explorers there are numerous newly redesigned spaces for them to make new friends in, including the Adventure Ocean, the Living Room and the Back deck.

For those days at sea there is plenty on offer to keep you and the entire family entertained, whether it’s a leisurely stroll around the Royal Promenade, the high street on the high seas if you will, for a bit of retail therapy or for something a bit more active you can catch some waves on the flow rider surf simulator or hang around one of the incredible rock climbing walls, soaring 200ft above sea level! You can unleash your competitive side in in the sports court with some basketball, football, dodgeball or lose a few hours in the classic video game arcade.

You can of course also treat yourself to a visit to the spa or gym throughout your day or, at the other end of the spectrum, try some of the incredible delicacies available throughout the ship in her various restaurants, cafés and snack shops!
