Carnival Horizon Leave 4,000 Passengers Stranded! Hurricane Dorian

With Hurricane Dorian rapidly approaching The Bahamas & Florida, Carnival Cruise Line decided make major changes regarding several of their ships, including the postponement of a Carnival Horizon sailing by leaving 4,000 passengers. Carnival Horizon left 4,000 passengers behind at the port of Miami as Hurricane Dorian pound the Bahamas. The Carnival Horizon was forced to leave the Port Of Miami without any of her 4000 passengers yesterday. Carnival stated that they was told ship would only be allowed to disembark there. The people who sailed from her last cruise and would only be allowed back into port ..once Hurricane Dorian had moved out and from the the affected places. As of today, stranded passengers scrambled to find hotels, planes, or rentals out of Miami.
