  1. I guess I don’t get it because I don’t really drink sodas, maybe 1 or 2 a year, but Coke and Pepsi taste the same don’t they? At least Dr Pepper and Mr Pibb do I think and that’s all I ever drink.

  2. I hate Pepsi with a passion, so I will be bringing a 12 pack of Coca-Cola on my carry on as allowed since Pepsi will not cut it for me. I will be sailing this February on the Carnival Paradise. 😀

  3. I think it's sad that communism has spread to Carnival Cruise. If I wear a shirt that promotes the Second Amendment some liberal may not like it. So I better stay home.

  5. I would feel very uncomfortable if there was a group of Trump supporters wearing MAGA hats and Trump t-shirts. I’m glad this will not be allowed.

  9. Pepsi sucks. And given how big cruise ships are, why not offer both products?

  10. Pepsi people will drink Coke, even if they lie about it. Coke people will not drink trash pepsi.

  11. Love Coke, but I would deal with it. That said the environmental stuff is over the top. Don't want plastics in the ocean? Quit dumping them. This is so simple a toddler can understand the solution. The communal condiments are a bacteria or virus epidemic waiting to happen and Carnival will reap a multi million dollar lawsuit over it.
The offense shirt policy is their right, but also my right to go with another cruise line. Think I'll stick to RCL.

  12. To everyone saying…you can bring a 12 pack of coke….
I don't drink alcohol or much of anything else besides coke and Diet Coke. Imagine if you were told you can have 1.5 beers per day and that's it. Or 1.5 cocktails. Put it in perspective for you?

  14. I don't throw plastic straws into the ocean. I doubt that Carnival did either.

  15. Give me a break.
If you're wearing anything more than two Bandaids and a cork, you're overdressed for a Carnival cruise.

  22. Just wait until someone wears a religious shirt and others get offended, you know those ever so threatening "Jesus Loves You"shirts…leads to a lawsuit and a nightmare for Carnival. Let people handle it like we always have…..with dirty looks, hushed tones, and one drunk guy calling the bearer of said shirt, out.

  23. Soooo happy about the switch to Pepsi!

  24. Just went on MSC and they used paper straws. The shared butter and sugar scare me. That sounds like a "petri dish" for spreading disease. (and Noro- Virus for all!) MSC had individually wrapped butter and regular sugar packets.

  25. Stop drinking soda, it causes diabetes! Problem solved, in regards to the gratuities, the staff on the ship work extremely hard to keep everyone happy on their vacation, and they do deserve the gratuity. It's just a shame that the cruise line takes half of it! The shirts are just ridiculous! There is no way to police that

  26. Example of soda addiction: Switching cruises because the sofa brand changed.
