But with an income crisis caused by COVID-19, those renters, and the landlords who rely on their payments, are in trouble.
As concerns mount for both renters and property owners, REA Group CEO Owen Wilson, which owns realestate.com.au, says the real estate sector is adapting to the unprecedented limitations.
