I was going to cruise on the NCL Joy to Alaska but now I'm asking myself should I take the refund or rebook my cruise for spring 2021.I'm worried NCL might go bankrupt and take my money.what would you do?

Carnival as it seen by people and caught on video. Whereas, Marella was obscured and wasted a lot of fuel.

I think Carnival has been OUTSTANDING in saying good-bye to us. From crew playing piano & singing to us, to videos of messages from them to us & then this! I love Carnival!

I love Marella Cruises. I was on the last sailing of Marella Explorer before we were sent home from Tenerife on March 13th following closure of Spanish Ports. They looked after us so well. The staff are without doubt, friendliest at sea and I've been on nearly all the mainstream cruise-lines in my life. They're the one line I go back to over and over again. Their ships may be older, but renovated very modern. The big perk is that as part of TUI, they have their own airline too! And they're All Inclusive as standard. They'll be coming to Port Canaveral in Summer 2021 – maybe they'll be introduced to the US Market, they already have the Canadian Market.

I love the way Carnival did it…so cute and everyone can see.
But as you said, Marella (never heard of them) did it for their customers. It seems more personal and like an "inside joke." I'd also like to point out that I have tried to make shapes and words while jogging in an app and it is VERY hard. So, imagine doing it on a ship!

Etch-A-Sketch was the iPad of the 60's. No lights, no batteries, no on/off button…no malware, lol. It ran on pure imagination. Simpler times for sure.
